The place got all the appliances you need when travelling for work. The host provided me with meals at no extra charge. If you need anything, nothing is too much for them.

I’m so glad I chose Giannas’s place for my week stay on Milos! It was a perfect. It was CLEAN, NEW, and the location was awesome- walkable to Plaka, Trypiti, local tavernas, Mandrakia etc. There was also everything you need in a kitchen (like a cutting board, dish cloths, good knifes, kettle, coffeemaker, garbage bags, proper dishes etc), AC, laundry, place to park your car…and not to mention the hosts were more than GENEROUS with snacks and watermelon pie, which was sooo good!!!! Would definitely stay here again!

What a truly amazing stay! Giannis and Anna were so friendly, kind, and welcoming. From our arrival when Giannis gave us an extensive explanation of places to visit as well as all the spoiling by Anna who gave us homemade treats and friendly smiles! The accommodation was superb! The interior decor and attention to detail throughout the apartment was truly spectacular. Overall, it was one of the best places we've ever stayed! Would highly recommend this amazing place. Everything, their hospitality was from another world, it was exceptional, Giannis has a lot of attention to detail and was always available, they welcomed us with some lovely home-made food and gifted us as a goodbye present a lovely souvenir from Milos, this is by far the best apartment I’ve ever been in, the location is perfect and there is enough room to park if you rent any vehicle! Very nicely decorated and very very clean! We had everything we needed, even beach towels and a beach umbrella! Cant recommend it enough.
